For immediate release 【Download English Chinese】 Zhang Xiaoyu confirmed to address a keynote speech at 2008 Presidents’ Forum Mr. Zhang, graduated from Tsinghua University in 1968, was appointed as the vice president of China Machinery Industry Federation in 2001. Before that, he had been served for the Xinjiang Auto Works for ten years, from 1968 to 1978. Then he was appointed as the director of Planning Department under China Automotive Industry Corp. in 1978, the deputy director and director of the Automotive Department of the State Ministry of Machinery Industry during 1993 and 1998, the vice president of the State Bureau of Machinery during 1998 and 2001, and the director of the 6th Board of Directors of SEA China in 2001. The 2008 Presidents’ Forum/CBU 13th International Conference, to be held by China Business Update/China Automotive Review (CBU/CAR), is scheduled for April 16-20, 2008 in Beijing. The title is Automotive Manufacturing in China - OEM & Supplier Strategies in the Next Decade.
