NC2 Global LLC to form joint venture with JAC

JAC forms JV with world giants.

NC² Global LLC, a newly established global commercial truck joint venture between Navistar and Caterpillar, signed a framework agreement with Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. (JAC) in late September to potentially establish a joint venture in China which would develop, manufacture and sell trucks and truck parts primarily in China and certain export markets, said a press release from Navistar.
