JIUQUAN, Gansu - Liu Jian, 45, general manager of Shanghai-Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. (Shanghai-Volkswagen) and Zeng Jialin, PR director of Shanghai-Volkswagen, and two others were killed in a car accident in Jiuquan, Gansu Province on July 17, according to a statement by Shanghai-Volkswagen.
