China’s C-class car sales up 22.3 percent in February

BEIJING – China’s locally produced C-class car sales in February 2014 rose 22.3 percent year-on-year to 25,311 units, accounting for 3.68 percent of the total car sales, according to CBU-Autostats.

Combined sales of German Audi A6, BMW 5 Series and Benz E Class reached 21,831 units, up 11.3 percent, but their market share was 86.2 percent, down 8.5 percentage points.

In the first two months, locally produced C-class car sales in the country reached 60,622 units, up 24.3 percent.
