FutureMove joins hands with Microsoft to usher in cloud era for smart vehicles
SHANGHAI – FutureMove Telematics Co., Ltd. announced on May 11 during CES Asia in Shanghai that it has established an exclusive partnership with Microsoft to promote Microsoft Cloud Solution for the automotive industry.
With Microsoft’s powerful cloud-computing based Azure system and FutureMove’s expertise on connected vehicle platforms, the partnership, first between a domestic connected vehicle company and a global IT giant, is believed to usher in a new cloud era for connected vehicles.
Established last April by a team with years of experiences in global leading technology enterprises who own deep understandings on future auto trends, FutureMove offers expertise in telematics, car sharing, big data analysis, mobile application to provide connected and digital service with operation solutions to automotive customers.
Its key products include IOV platform CLOUDMove, auto EQ platform DREAMove, IOV operation platform JOYMove, HMI platform CYBERMove and remote monitor end Connected Engine.
China as the biggest auto market has entitled FutureMove the best time and market for growth. The startup has already inked deals with FAW and CH-Auto.
Microsoft has embraced partners to customize industry solution based on Azure platform to help automotive customers to cope with changing industry landscape. Its global auto clients include BMW, Toyota, Ford, and Nissan.
