BEIJING— Except for Toyota, major Japanese brands including Nissan, Honda and Mazda operating in China slowed their sales recovery in June, according to according to the data released by these brands recently.
In the month, Nissan brand saw a negative growth of 7.7 percent year-on-year with the sales of 101,400 units.
Honda and Mazda also realized a monthly sales decline of 5.6 and 31.2 percent on a yearly basis, and their sales were 61,003 and 11,108 units respectively.
In comparison, Toyota in June continued a growth of 9.1 percent by the sales of 76,900 units.
In the first half of this year, combined sales drop of these four Japanese brands also was relived, according to the data.
