Sales of Chinese brands’ B-class cars up 16.7 percent in May

BEIJING— May sales of Chinese brands’ B-class cars increased by 16.7 percent on a yearly basis to 8,829 units, and their market share was up by 0.1 percentage points to 4.7 percent.

The combined sales of these brands in this segment reached 37,882 units in the first five months, up 4.17 percent, and the market share was 4.6 percent with a decline of 0.3 percentage points.
