Sales of Chinese brands’ MPVs increase 11.6 percent in May

BEIJING— May sales of Chinese brands’ MPVs reached 67,985 units, up 11.6 percent on a year basis, and their market share was down by 1.2 percentage points to 79.6 percent, according to CBU-Autostats.

Their combined sales in the segment in the first five months of this year rose 46.7 percent to 414,100 units, and the market share was 84.7 percent, up 4.9 percentage points.
