Auto execs seek regulatory support on NEVs and autonomous driving at "Two Sessions"

BEIJINGThe First Annual Session of the 13th National People’s Congress (NPC) and the First Session of the 13th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), known as the “Two Sessions” held each year by China’s top legislative and advisory bodies, were opened earlier in March this year. Delegates and members from the automotive and related industries submitted a wide variety of motions and proposals on the future development of new energy vehicles, autonomous driving, car sharing, charging infrastructure and battery recycling, among others.
